다이버시티하우스는 한국과학기술원(KAIST) 출신 창업팀이 설립한 기업으로, 외국인 유학생·직장인을 위한 주거 및 정착 솔루션을 제공 중이다. 외국인 임대 가능 매물 정보부터 AI(인공지능) 기반 다국어 설명, 계약, 생활 정착 안내까지 일괄 지원한다. 회사 관계자는 "국내 외국인 정착 환경을 개선하고 있다"고 말했다.

Founded by a startup team from KAIST, DiverCity House provides integrated housing and settlement solutions for international students and foreign professionals in Korea. Its services cover everything from foreigner-friendly property listings and AI-powered multilingual property information to contract assistance and post-move settlement support. A company spokesperson said, "We are committed to improving the settlement experience for foreign residents in Korea by making housing more accessible and the relocation process more seamless."
